DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required for every service. The deposit amount is $100.00 per day of the requested service (1 day is $100, 2 days is $200 etc).
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your detail.
Your appointment will not be scheduled until the deposit is received.
FINAL QUOTES It is our policy that all vehicles, boats, and motorcycles must be quoted in person prior to scheduling your appointment.
Your appointment will not be scheduled without a final quote.
**Please note: Prices may be subject to change at drop-off if the condition of your vehicle has changed.
FINAL PAYMENT Final payments are due at pick up.
CANCELLATION
If you cancel or do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited, —no exceptions.
RESCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to reschedule your appointment please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to retain your deposit.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment date.
If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required, regardless of the notice provided. Additionally, if multiple rescheduling requests occur, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment entirely.
Please note: Your appointment is not considered rescheduled until we confirm the change with you.
